PLEASE NOTE: Each child must have their own registration.

The above information is true to the best of my knowledge. I confirm the enrollment of my child in Chabad Markham Hebrew School and I permit my child to participate in all school activities, join in class/school trips on and off of school property. I allow pictures to be taken of my child and to be published online. In case of emergency, I hereby authorize Chabad Markham Hebrew School to take whatever measures the situation may call for.

Important Information:

Registration Fee of $50 is charged upon registration and is non-refundable.

Payment of the tuition may be made in three installments (October 1, November 1 and December 1) with the complete balance being paid by December 15, 2026.

Charitable tax receipts will be issued for the full amount of all tuition fees paid for each calendar year. 

Refund Policy

The refund policy for a student who withdraws from Chabad of Markham

Hebrew School to or during the 2026-2027 school year is as follows:

Prior to September 1, 2026: A full refund, less $50 administration fee.

After September 1, 2026: The charge is $75 administration fee and $50 per class from October to November 29, 2026.

After December 1, 2026: No refund will be issued.

Registration Fee: $50 per child (on top of school fee)

Regular School Rate:  $750 

Additional Sibling Discount of $50 off for the 2nd child and additional siblings.

CLOM Shul Membership Discount of $50 off the whole family (can only be applied to one registered child)
